Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time I am only shipping within the United States, including AK, HI, and PR.

What is the order processing time?

Currently, all order processing time is 1-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on where you live within the United States and the parcel type.

Priority Shipping (via USPS) usually takes about 2-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Please visit the USPS website to track your order with the tracking number provided with your order.

Weekend and Holiday Orders

All orders placed on Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays ship on Mondays.

If Monday is a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Returns

How do I return an item?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your products, we offer a sensible return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Condition of the item: To be eligible for a return, the product must returned be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and original shipping box.
  3. Refund options: We offer a full refund to the original payment method.
  4. Proof of purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation e-mail.
  5. Proof of Damage: Please provide valid proof of damage. Photos must be clear, not blurry, and must show the product labels. Products damaged due to user handling will not be accepted for returns.
  6. Return process: To initiate a return, please contact me via Contact Page.
  7. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a visibly broken item due to mishandling during shipping. Products damaged due to user handling will not be accepted for returns.
  8. Restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  9. Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bath and body products, except in the case of a product defect due to shipping. Products damaged due to user handling will not be accepted for returns. Personalized or customized items are also non-returnable.

No worries!

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact me BEFORE your order ships.

Once your order ships I cannot cancel the order and you will be responsible for shipping costs to send it back.

What does "handcrafted" mean?

Handcrafted means my products are crafted in small batches with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a level of quality and uniqueness that sets them apart from mass-produced items.

Handcrafting involves a personal touch, where each product is carefully formulated, mixed, poured, and packaged by hand. This artisanal approach allows us to create exceptional bath and body items that offer a luxurious and indulgent experience for our customers.

By choosing handcrafted products, you can enjoy the expertise and passion that goes into every creation, resulting in products that are truly special and designed to enhance your self-care routine.

What ingredients do you use in your bath and body items?

My handcrafted bath and body items are made with carefully selected natural and high-quality ingredients.

I prioritize using botanical extracts, essential oils, nourishing butters, and other skin-loving ingredients.

The full list of ingredients can be found on the product packaging or in each item's description.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

I understand the importance of catering to sensitive skin.

My products are formulated with gentle and nourishing ingredients that are generally well-tolerated by most skin types. Furthermore, if a product is formulated specifically for sensitive skin it will be listed as such.

However, everyone's skin is unique, so we recommend doing a patch test or consulting with a dermatologist if you have specific concerns.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, I am proud to say that my products are cruelty-free, and I do not test on animals. I invest much of my time researching and vetting the companies that I purchase from to ensure my ingredients are ethically sourced and cruelty-free.

If a product is vegan-friendly it will be clearly labeled as such.

Custom Items

Can I customize or personalize the products?

Absolutely!

Please reach out to me via the Contact Page if you have a request for custom items, such as favors for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers or parties.

Custom Order Processing Time

Please note that custom orders have a processing time of 3-4 weeks PLUS shipping time.

Please factor this into your timeframe before purchasing as shipping times may vary and are not always guaranteed by USPS.

I need a custom order for this/next week! Can it be done?

Unfortunately I am no longer offering custom orders for same week / next week shipping.

Shipping times may vary at all times and no shipping time is guaranteed.

If you would like a custom order, please factor into your timeframe 3-4 weeks for processing plus shipping time.
